Renovations that typically include the repair and or replacement of Cabinets and counter tops, appliances, ceramic tile, carpeting, doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, Heating and air Conditioning equipment, windows, siding roofing and masonry repairs.

New construction or renovation to existing Leasing Centers, Community Buildings, Exercise Rooms, ADA  and or Hearing Visual units.
